Can I get samples?
We usually provide free samples below 10pcs, customized samples should be paid, the cost usually could be refund after you place order. Shipping cost should be paid by your side as well.
Can I change the color of the packaging I'd like?
We could change the color as your request. The color is made by Spray Painting, UV Coating, Frosted finish and so forth.
Can I print something on the packaging?
Silk screen printing and hot stamping is available. We will provide printing area for each product, you could design the artwork according to that. Or we could help to make it as your request.
How do I place an order?
1. Enquiry and quotation.
2. Confirmation on price, lead time, artwork, payment term and samples.
3. Signing the contract or PI between client and us.
4. Client arrange deposit and approve the sample before mass production.
5. We inform the client to pay balance payment when production finished.
6. We arrange shipment and provide necessary documents after balance payment received.
7. Getting feedback from clients on our service and so on.
When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes about 30days for custom production. If the quantity is bigger than 100,000pcs each type, the lead time will be longer. For urgent order, we could make it faster, please send email to negotiate. We could help to arrange shipment if you don’t have your own shipping agent.
